decide whether to file listings by name or business. It automatically files by both! Then
with a click of the mouse, the list is in the order you desire. |

expertise to make searching for ‘experts’ a breeze. For example, if
you're doing a story on "Nutrition", start a key word search for
"Nutrition", and all matching entries in the database appear on-screen. |

Enter or double-click to open full details on the listing, including name, address, 4
lengthy phone number areas and unlimited notes! |

phone! |
The browse screen displays all numbers on file, allowing you to
instantly change the "list order" from Business to Last Name, Dial the phone,
Send E-Mail, Connect to a web page, Copy all of a listing's data to the Windows Clipboard
for use in another program and more! Finding a listing is as easy as typing the
first few letters of the desired listing, or starting a keyword search. Press enter or
double-click to display full details of each listing (shown below)
Not sure who you’re looking for? With the search
screen (below) type in a few key words and you’re quickly presented with a list of
matches!
Once you find who you're looking for, double-click or press enter
and full details of the listing appear on-screen. You can make changes as necessary,
including unlimited notes, as well as dial the phone, connect to a web page or send
E-Mail.
